Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards while following company policies. Lead opening to closing procedures, supervise associates, and coordinate with the GM on staffing and performance.

Role emphasizes health and safety compliance, guest service, and efficient restaurant execution across assigned units, with on-site responsibilities and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest focus.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assists the AGM/GM in managing day-to-day activities of associates within a unit.
• Participates in hiring discussions and communicates staffing needs to the GM.
• Creates work schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures compliance with safety and health procedures and policies.
