HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, using company policies to guide decisions.

The role involves opening, managing schedules, supervising associates, and maintaining safe, compliant operations across shifts. Candidates should have 2+ years in F&B, 6 months supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend instructions and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assists management by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined restaurant scope.
• Participates in interviewing and provides input on hiring, promotions, and terminations.
