HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. You will ensure the unit is clean, staffed, and runs to high standards, using established policies for decision making.

The role requires 4+ years in F&B, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong customer service, with a varied schedule on-site in Kentucky. HMSHost offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per policy.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or POS.
• Ensures compliance with AB policies and staff understanding of procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions with the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Monitors mandated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Keeps display areas clean, stocked and visually appealing.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and processes transactions securely.
• Monitors health and safety procedures and reports concerns to GM.
• Performs Health & Safety activities as per guidelines.
• Places orders for units, receives goods and processes invoices.
• Maintains current contact information for all associates.
