Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing quick-service restaurant operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and meets high standards, following prescribed policies.

The MGRI participates in hiring decisions, assigns work tasks, prepares schedules, enforces breaks, and maintains cash handling and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures according to company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participates in hiring input and recommends staffing decisions to the GM.
