Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts. As part of the leadership team, you will uphold brand standards, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

You may also assist in training peers and taking on additional hourly roles as needed, while contributing to profits and guest loyalty through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin and uphold brand equity standards.
• Supervise peers and ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist with leadership growth and on-the-job training for selected team members.
• Possible assignment to other hourly roles based on restaurant need.
