Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management. The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and brand equity standards to maximize profits and ensure quality and cleanliness.

As part of the leadership team, you will be an ambassador of our standards and may also work in other hourly roles as needed. A positive, energetic attitude and ability to supervise peers are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical abilities.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Ambassador of Red Robin’s brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant needs.
