Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold cleanliness and quality, and support leadership growth within the restaurant.

You will be expected to uphold brand standards, work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and participate in ongoing training as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• supervise peers and demonstrates maturity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Supervise peers and act as an ambassador of brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Possibly work in other hourly roles as needed.
