Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will supervise peers, uphold brand standards, resolve guest issues, and help maximize profits while ensuring quality and cleanliness.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to supervise peers and demonstrate business maturity
• Some college preferred
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Good oral and written communication skills and basic PC literacy

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Supervise peers and act as an ambassador of brand standards.
• Resolve guest issues to maximize loyalty and profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
