Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead a team to maintain food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, while upholding Red Robin brand standards and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Basic business math and analytical decision-making skills.
• Must work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May be scheduled in this role or other hourly shifts as needed by restaurant operations.
