Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness while modeling Red Robin values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Company and Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Supervise peers and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
