Red Robin in Idaho is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management. This role supports guest satisfaction, product quality, and clean, safe dining experiences.

The candidate should be 21+, with 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to supervise peers while driving profits. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 21 years age minimum required.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong business maturity with the ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented and dependable.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, with leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant needs.
