Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy and math skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin’s brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Lead and supervise peers to maintain quality, cleanliness and high service standards.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to maximize satisfaction and profits.
