Job summary

TACO BELL in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, and uphold company policies.

You will open/close procedures, manage cash, maintain food safety standards, schedule shifts, train new hires, control costs, and collaborate with management to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe is a plus.
• Ability to manage cash handling, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet demand.
• Train new hires and develop team skills in service and safety.
