Taco Bell in Omaha, NE is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a team during your shift, uphold food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will drive service excellence and model company standards.

You will supervise crew, plan schedules, manage cash and inventory, train new hires, and monitor safety, quality, and performance to deliver fast, friendly service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or managerial restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during your shift to meet standards.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality throughout service.
• Create and manage shift schedules; address staffing needs.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor sales and expenses to support profitability and controls.
• Collaborate with management for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
