Job summary

Taco Bell in Omaha, NE is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations on your shift, lead a crew, ensure food quality, cleanliness and customer service while upholding company policies.

You will open/close the store, manage cash handling, monitor safety standards, schedule staff, train new hires and work with the management team to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team members understand responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor sales and expenses during shift to meet targets.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Create and maintain staff shift schedules.
