Taco Bell Omaha, operated by HAZA Bell, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a team during your shift, uphold Yum! Brands standards, and deliver fast, friendly service.

You will supervise crew, schedule shifts, manage opening/closing, ensure food safety, monitor inventory, coach new hires, and maintain guest satisfaction through strong leadership. Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant crew during shift.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Coach, train and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns.
