• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Food Safety Certification required by local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support functions (e.g. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory).
• Participates in applicant interviews and supports employee relations.
