Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking an individual to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will direct team members, ensure safety and quality, and support operational activities across purchasing, receiving, and inventory.

Join a dynamic team focused on hospitality and guest experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, hold food safety certification, and demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
