Job summary

Avolta in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in operating complex QSR or casual dining environments. You will ensure the restaurant is ready for business, staffed, clean, and adheres to high standards.

Decisions follow prescribed policies and procedures under the guidance of the GM/ AGM. Responsibilities include opening/closing, staff supervision, scheduling, safety, AB compliance, and guest service, with a flexible, varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Requires 2+ years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Must be able to read, understand instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit or group of locations.
• Ensures compliance with all alcohol policies and AB procedures by staff.
• Participates in interview process and provides input on hiring decisions to GM.
• Assists in preparing schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Monitors staff breaks and meal periods and maintains safety practices.
