Job summary

Avolta is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to assist branch management in executing QSR-style operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, and staffed to high standards, following standard policies.

You will supervise associate activity, participate in hiring decisions, and manage opening/closing procedures. Reporting to the GM or Operations Director, you will work varied shifts on site, oversee safety practices, and uphold HACCP and health guidelines while handling cash

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Requires at least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions and policy documents, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Participates in hiring input and recommends promotions or terminations to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures rest breaks and meals are taken; maintains cleanliness and display areas.
• Operates cash register and manages cash handling per policies; ensures cash security.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns to GM.
• Performs Health and Safety activities per policy.
• Places orders, receives goods and processes invoices.
• Maintains current contact information for associates.
