Job summary

Avolta seeks an experienced Manager I to support branch operations at the Palm Beach area airport location. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, maintain cleanliness, manage staffing, and uphold high standards to ensure a premium guest experience.

The role requires leadership across shifts, adherence to health and safety policies, and effective supervision of associates, with on-site responsibilities varying by schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Participates in interviewing and offers input on staffing decisions to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are taken by all associates.
• Keeps display areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions per cash policies.
