HMSHost at Fort Lauderdale Airport F&B seeks a Manager I (MGRI) to support branch management in QSR-style operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and runs to high standards while following established policies.

You will assist with opening/closing, supervise associates, participate in hiring decisions, plan schedules, verify safety, and manage orders, deliveries, and contact info for staff. This role is non-exempt and requires varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ability to interview, hire, and promote staff under GM guidance.
• Experience with shift planning and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures according to policies.
• Supervise associates and manage day-to-day activities across units.
• Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and visual appeal of display areas.
• Operate cash register following cash handling policies and safeguard cash.
