Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and runs to high standards, following company policies.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B, cash handling, and customer service, plus at least 6 months supervising or leading teams. On-site work with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Must have at least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Assists in hiring decisions and staffing.
• Prepares work schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meals are taken.
• Maintains cleanliness and visual appeal of display areas.
• Monitors cash handling and security of cash.
• Ensures health and safety guidelines are followed.
