HMSHost International is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will oversee opening through closing, maintain cleanliness, staff coverage, and adherence to high standards while following company policies.

Key responsibilities include supervising associates, assisting in hiring decisions, scheduling, safety compliance, and cash handling. This role requires flexibility with shifts and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced

Formación

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents, and communicate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring input; recommends promotions or terminations to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods for associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and processes transactions per policies and cash handling rules.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns to GM.
• Performs Health and Safety activities as specified in Manager’s Guide.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Keeps current contact information for all associates.
