Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Three years experience in a high volume complex Food and Beverage or casino environment with at least one year supervisory experience in a gourmet-specialty restaurant.
• In lieu of formal degree, two years supervisory experience in a high volume or gourmet themed restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assists in achieving P&L guidelines and supports operations manager.
• Involved in hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and scheduling of supervisors and staff.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and assists in payroll preparation.
