Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help hire, train, evaluate, discipline and schedule supervisors and line staff to ensure service standards.
