200_Mohegan_Sun Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority - Mohegan Sun is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with P&L guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration, accompanied by three years of experience in a gourmet environment. This role demands excellent communication skills and proficiency in relevant software.

Competenze

• Three years of experience in a high-volume, complex Food and Beverage or casino environment.
• At least one year supervisory experience in a gourmet-specialty restaurant.
• In lieu of a degree, two years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Mansioni

• Assist Food and Beverage Operations Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and schedule staff.
• Manage requisition and inspection of products.

Conoscenze

Intermediate knowledge in Micros

Excel proficiency

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Formazione
