Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and garnishes food per recipes.
• Orients and trains new employees on menu and procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area.
• Assists with ordering, payroll, scheduling and performance input.
• Supports culinary management within fiscal guidelines.
