HMSHost is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to support branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operated to high standards, using policy-driven decision making.

You will work under the guidance of leadership, supervise associates, and oversee schedules, safety, and daily workflows across units at the location. This position emphasizes efficiency and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple restaurants and shifts.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and health regulations.
• Strong cash handling and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates across units.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions with GM.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure safety, wellness and proper equipment function.
• Place orders and process invoices for units.
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for associates.
