Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on‑duty supervisor in delivering exceptional customer service and executing the restaurant's business plan. You will oversee Crew and Team Leaders, ensuring adherence to standards and efficient shift operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on team development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant and be accessible to meet its needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
