Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leadership in coordinating restaurant operations. You will work with the Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet expectations.

The role emphasizes customer service, shift leadership, and collaboration with the management team to achieve sales and efficiency goals. Training and meetings are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education showing knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable telephone or communication method and open-door policy.
