Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong team building and leadership abilities
• Investigative, problem-solving and cash handling skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provides quality product and customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Aims to improve skills and performance of Crew Persons
• Assists management to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs
• Complies with company policies and procedures
• Models and encourages company values
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
• Attends training to stay current on industry trends
• Participates in meetings, webinars and conference calls
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as required
