Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty, guiding the restaurant management team and ensuring crew members perform to standard and meet the business plan goals.

You will lead shift activities, uphold customer service quality, train crew, monitor cash handling, and help drive sales while controlling costs. Strong communication and planning are essential, along with reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.

• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs by assisting management and leading shift activities.
