Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or related education
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Team building and staff development abilities
• Investigative and problem solving skills
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Good communication skills; open communication with team
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process improvement focus
