Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or Person In Charge with daily operations, guest service, and team supervision.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations. This role requires customer focus, strong planning, time management, and the ability to lead by example during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or related education.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time-management skills.
• Strong team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Access to a phone or reliable way to communicate with the restaurant.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvements.
