You will ensure crew and shift leaders perform their duties per the job description and business plan, focusing on service quality and efficiency. You will lead shift activities, support sales and profitability goals, and uphold company policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience/education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Team-building and leadership abilities
• Investigative and problem-solving skills
• Cash-handling troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication, both written and oral
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Analytical and organizational abilities with process-improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty leader with shift management and daily operations
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Model company values and maintain customer service quality
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings and webinars
• Perform additional duties as business needs require
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
