CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty, guiding the Restaurant Management Team to align with the business plan and ensure all Crew Members perform to standard.

You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, help maximize sales and control costs, and enforce company policies. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of management experience are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Phone or other reliable contact method to meet the restaurant’s needs.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Demonstrates positive, proactive process improvement.
