Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on‑duty leadership in daily operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to coach Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet expectations.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management and a high school diploma or GED, with strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
