Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leader in delivering a high-quality guest experience, supervising Crew and Team Leaders, and ensuring adherence to the restaurant's business plan.

You will help maximize sales, control costs, train staff, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts while modeling the company values. Strong planning, problem-solving, and bilingual communication are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of experience/education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Telephone or reliable communication method to remain accessible to meet restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality product and customer service to deliver satisfaction.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model and promote company values.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication with internal/external contacts.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings and webinars.
• Perform other duties as assigned in response to business changes.
