Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty team to uphold standards and achieve business goals.

This role works with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the restaurant’s plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations across their duties. The Shift Leader will drive quality service, assist with scheduling and shift execution, and help manage costs while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or education
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong planning and time management skills needed
• Team building and leadership abilities are essential
• Investigative and problem-solving skills helpful for operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product and customer service delivering total customer satisfaction
• Assist management and lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead and develop Crew Persons and Team Leaders
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Participate in training, meetings, and company communications
