Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations on your designated shift. You will lead a team, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, and driving guest satisfaction. This role features growth opportunities within the franchise network and requires a dedicated, reliable leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew members during your shift.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards and proper inventory management.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
