Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations on your designated shift. You will lead a team of crew members, uphold food quality and guest service, and enforce company policies and procedures to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and training, and ensure safe, compliant operations while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team understanding of responsibilities.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory are accurate.
