Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee the restaurant during your designated shift, lead a crew, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and guest service, and uphold company policies.

You will supervise team members, coach and train staff, manage opening and closing procedures, handle cash and inventory, ensure food safety, and monitor sales and costs to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
