Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew members during shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving issues.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and food safety compliance.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to staff on policies and safety.
• Monitor sales, costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Communicate with management and kitchen staff to coordinate operations.
