Responsibilities

• Opens, runs, and closes restaurant operations per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day restaurant activities and associates.
• Participates in interviewing and provides input on hiring decisions.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and covers shifts.
• Monitors rest breaks and meal periods for all staff.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures equipment is functioning and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines and HACCP procedures.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices for units.
• Maintains current contact information for all associates.
