Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification within six months of hire.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficiency in reading/writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to optimize guest service and profitability.
• Develop and motivate associates to deliver first-class experiences.
• Monitor team performance and systems, adjusting as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints with timely, effective solutions.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, food quality, and grooming standards.
