Via 313 is seeking an Assistant General Manager in San Antonio to lead daily restaurant operations, partner with the General Manager, coach and develop a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction and business results.

The role requires 2–3 years of leadership in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant with strong communication skills and hands-on leadership. Competitive salary with a yearly bonus potential is offered in a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Growth mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
