Job summary

HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Shift Manager to supervise the restaurant crew, uphold food quality, cleanliness, and guest service during shifts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will lead by example, coach staff, schedule shifts, and coordinate with managers to maintain safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering an inviting customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant crew during designated shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand.
• Train and develop new hires on policies, procedures, and safety.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and control costs.
• Collaborate with management, kitchen staff, and support personnel to ensure smooth operations.
