HAZA BELL is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your shift, lead a crew, uphold Taco Bell standards, and ensure safe, quality food delivery with fast, friendly service.

You will supervise team members, coach and train staff, manage opening/closing, and monitor inventory to meet performance goals. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial restaurant experience.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards and proper inventory management.
• Create and maintain shift schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train new hires on policies and responsibilities; develop leadership skills within the team.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and optimize costs.
• Communicate with management and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
