Job summary

HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, manage scheduling, ensure food safety, control costs, and collaborate with the management team to maximize profitability while delivering a fast, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team understands responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to foster a productive environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
